Google has removed the calls and chat data from the performance tab, however, businesses can still download the data through Google Takeout.
In July 2024, Google Business Profile (GBP) introduced significant changes. Notably, the chat feature has been removed. This means businesses can no longer use GBP to chat with customers directly. However, customers can still find and contact businesses through Google Search and Maps. They can learn more from business descriptions, website links, and photos. How to Collect the Data of July Month of Calls and Messages?
Here are the steps to collect your data:
- Visit Google Takeout: Go to Google Takeout.
- Select Google Business Profile: In the list of available data, choose 'Google Business Profile'
- Choose File Type, Frequency & Destination: Select your preferred file type, frequency, and destination for the export.
- Create Export: Click 'Create export' to start the process.
